A Roadblock can be a 100% (or less) Share of Voice of a particular unit for a given period of time—most frequently the Homepage Top Leaderboard and Right Rail/Mobile Footer combo.
- Banners may contain video, HTML5 animation, and/or static images.
- Banner creative must be provided for all breakpoints.
